Research

📊
I led sessions, tracking key behavioral metrics (e.g. time on task and completion rates) alongside attitudinal signals (e.g. ease and satisfaction), pushing the envelope with follow up interview questions.
☝️
I synthesized key findings,  presenting insights to senior researchers, software engineers, designers, and project managers to drive stakeholder alignment, shape product direction and elevate user experience.
📃
I held training sessions with new research assistants providing guidance on key areas such as study moderation, data tracking + synthesis,  tooling workflows, and stakeholder engagement.

Reflection

🫱🏼‍🫲🏽Establishing Early Connections

Connecting with the right people early in this large-scale initiative was key to smooth communication and minimizing blockers. Proactive stakeholder engagement helped clarify expectations, align priorities, and resolve potential issues before they escalated. This approach fostered a more efficient workflow and ensured our insights translated into meaningful product improvements.

📝Intentional Insight Framing

For both design and engineering teams, I made sure usability insights were formatted and communicated appropriately for each audience. By tailoring the level of detail, technical language, and focus areas to match each stakeholder’s role, I ensured that everyone could quickly grasp the relevance and impact of the findings. This strategic approach helped drive clearer understanding, faster alignment, and more effective collaboration across teams.
